As you can find here, the hotel is located at the following address: Rua Ivone Silva, nº 18, 1050-124 Lisboa This is in the Entrecampos area and quite near of the Entrecampos railway station. Coming from the airport side in the Avenida da República (north-to-south), just pass under the station, turn right and do a short walk. Find a Map of this zone (pdf) here.
You can get to the Hotel by Taxi. This should cost you around 10 euros. If you are afraid of being overcharged by the taxi driver, you may buy a taxi voucher (for a fixed price) at the arrivals terminal in the Airport.
You can also take the bus by 1,20 euros:
Go to the Carris bus stop (94 meters from the arrivals terminal) Get the bus 83 toward Amoreiras or bus 44 or 45 toward Cais Sodré Get out in the Campo Pequeno - Av. República. There is an even better stop before that one, but it is somewhat hidden (under the railway station). Campo Pequeno is a bull fight arena in the middle of the city and it should be relatively easy to identify.
